All you have to do is add heavy whipping to a jar with a lid, I used a mason jar, and you will need to shake it up-and-down and side-to-side for about 15-30 seconds. The end result…delicious homemade whipped cream!
- 9 slices bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream, optional
- Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Add in the cubed bread.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the cubed bread in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
- Serve with your favorite topping.
